These terms govern the relationship between the MRAZZZ service (the “Service”, “we”) and the user (the “User”, “you”). The Russian version prevails in case of discrepancies.
1Subject
1.1.The Service gives the User access to a secure internet connection through its servers for the paid subscription period.
1.2.Access is provided as a personal subscription link that you add to a client app (for example, Happ).
1.3.By using the Service — starting the trial or paying for a subscription in the MRAZZZ Telegram bot — you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the acceptable use policy.
2Account
2.1.Your account is created automatically from your Telegram account the first time you contact the bot. No password sign-up is required.
2.2.Your subscription link is personal. You are responsible for keeping it safe and must not share it with others.
2.3.One subscription covers 3 devices at a time; extra slots can be purchased in the bot.
3Free trial
3.1.New users get a free trial: 3 days and 15 GB of traffic.
3.2.The trial is available once per person; creating additional accounts to get it again is not allowed.
4Plans and payment
4.1.Current plans: 1 month — 149 ₽, 3 months — 399 ₽, 6 months — 749 ₽, 12 months — 1390 ₽. Up-to-date prices and discounts are always shown in the bot before payment.
4.2.Each subscription includes 300 GB of traffic per 30 days. Unused traffic does not carry over; extra packs can be purchased.
4.3.Payment is made in Telegram using the methods available in the bot (Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency via CryptoBot, etc.). The Service never receives or stores bank card data.
4.4.A renewal adds days to your current subscription. Subscriptions do not renew automatically: each renewal is your own action.
4.5.Discounts do not stack — the best available one applies.
5Refunds
5.1.We review refund requests if the Service was unavailable through our fault for more than 48 hours in a row, if you were charged twice, or where the law requires it.
5.2.To request a refund, contact support (message us in Telegram) within 14 days of payment and describe what happened.
5.3.Refunds are made using the original payment method or, at your choice, as extra subscription days.
5.4.Amounts for periods already used and for subscriptions blocked for rule violations are not refunded.
6Gifts and referral program
6.1.A subscription can be gifted: the gift is activated by whoever opens the gift link first. Unused gifts do not expire.
6.2.You earn a reward for payments made by users you invite: 30% at level 1, 10% at level 2, 5% at level 3. Rewards are shown in the bot.
6.3.Rewards can be spent on subscriptions or withdrawn on request from 300 ₽. We may refuse rewards or payouts in cases of self-referral, manipulation or other abuse.
7Availability and quality
7.1.We aim to keep the Service running around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, provider outages and circumstances beyond our control are possible.
7.2.Connection speed also depends on your internet provider and device.
7.3.We announce long outages in the channel and the bot and, if the outage was our fault, compensate the time.
8Liability
8.1.You are responsible for your own actions online and for complying with the laws of the country you are in.
8.2.The Service is not responsible for the content of websites and services you access, or for indirect damages.
8.3.The Service's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
9Suspension and termination
9.1.If the acceptable use policy is violated, we may suspend or terminate access.
9.2.You can stop using the Service at any time; you can ask support to delete your account data.
10Changes to these terms
10.1.We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date; we announce significant changes in the bot.
10.2.By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the new version. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
