These terms apply if you came to MRAZZZ via a link from a friend or a creator taking part in the partner program. They supplement the Terms of Service. The Russian version prevails in case of discrepancies.
1How the link works
1.1.If you open the bot for the first time via a partner link, you are attached to that partner. If you have used the bot before, following the link changes nothing.
1.2.Being attached requires no action from you and creates no obligation: whether to use the Service or buy a subscription is entirely up to you.
2Your bonus
2.1.Via a creator link: +7 days and +30 GB added to the free trial. The bonus is given once and only to those who have not used the trial or bought a subscription.
2.2.Via a friend's link: after your first purchase, you and the person who invited you each get +7 days of access.
2.3.Bonuses cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other users. A bonus obtained through a breach of the rules (fake sign-ups, spam) may be cancelled.
3Prices and payment
3.1.Your prices are the same as for everyone — the link adds nothing to the cost. The Service pays the partner reward from its own funds, not as a surcharge on your payment.
3.2.The first-purchase discount and other current offers also apply to you.
4What the partner sees
4.1.A creator only sees anonymous statistics for their link: how many people came, took the bonus and paid, and the amount of their own reward. Your name, Telegram account, payment history, devices and traffic are not shown.
4.2.A friend who invited you personally sees your Telegram name and the payment amount their reward was credited from in their reward history. Your friend's friends see only an anonymous entry.
4.3.The Service does not share your data with partners and collects no more about you than stated in the Privacy Policy.
5Partners do not represent the Service
5.1.Partners are independent users who recommend the Service. They are not employees or representatives of the Service and cannot make promises on its behalf.
5.2.If a partner describes the Service differently from the website and the bot, the Service's terms apply. Support is provided only by the official support of the Service — partners never ask you for codes, payments or account access.
5.3.If you encounter spam, deception or intrusive advertising from a partner, let us know — we will check and take action.
